TTI Clean Up Map for Friday, 11/4/22

Attached is the cleanup summary map for 10/31 to 11/4/2022. No new residents requested cleanup of their property for this period. In addition to the usual places that are checked and cleaned on a daily basis (the parks, playgrounds, daycares, community garden, etc.) All of the streets and alleys in the impacted neighborhood were surveyed and inspected for paint chips by Advanced Air Analysis Inc and A&I inc.  Any chips found by them, along with any reported by a resident, were cleaned by A&I’s technicians.

TTI clean up map for Friday, 10/28/22

Here is this week’s TTI cleanup summary map. FYI, no new residents requested cleanup this week. Only one resident who had previously had their property cleaned reported seeing new chips on their property. TTI had their property re-inspected and cleaned the following morning. Any chip sightings or photos of chips sent to TTI by members of the community are immediately forwarded to our contractors, and are usually addressed the next business day.  As always, when no specific cleanup requests come from the residents, A&I Inc and Advanced Air Analysis Inc’s personnel walk the neighborhood to inspect and clean the streets, alleys, parks, playgrounds, the community garden and other common areas in an effort to continue the remediation process.

Murphy Falcon Murphy Meeting Presentation

Baltimore-based law firm Murphy Falcon & Murphy retained Jenkins Environmental, Inc., a certified and well-respected environmental consulting firm, to conduct a detailed and thorough examination of the Woodberry community to determine the extent of any lead contamination resulting from the power washing of the TV tower in June, 2022.

This examination will involve the collection of soil, water and dust samples from private and public property in the community. There will be no need to enter the homes of any resident. All that will be required is permission to access the area around their homes for a brief period of time so that the appropriate samples can be collected. The collection period is expected to last 2-3 months.

The results of the examination will be posted on the Woodberry Community Association’s website.

Murphy Falcon Murphy ask for everyone’s cooperation and assistance to ensure that the examination can be as thorough as possible. Please contact Denise Greeley at denise.greeley@murphyfalcon.com or 410.951.8756 to coordinate permission.

Should there be any other questions, please feel free to contact the Murphy Falcon & Murphy firm @ (410) 951-8744.

Thanks so much for your assistance in this matter!

TTI Lead Paint Clean Up Map

Weather was not on our side this week, which suspended cleanup activities on Monday and Thursday. Other than the continuing daily checks and cleanup at the Rockrose Park and Playground, Itineris and Scribbles daycares, the community garden and the surrounding streets and alleys in the neighborhood, no new residents requested cleanup of their properties this week. Christine Sajecki emailed us several times about chips she spotted either on her property or in the neighborhood, and all of those were all addressed by our cleanup contractor, A&I Inc.

TTI Lead Paint Clean Up Update

New TTI cleanup maps will not be available until Kerry Plackmeyer returns on October 5th. FYI, there have been no new resident cleanup requests this week and only one last week. As a result, A&I Inc workers focused on the park, the neighborhood streets and alleys, the day care properties, etc.
