Elevator inspection on the TTI tower

Technicians from Tower Elevator Systems will be doing work on the tower today in advance of an inspection by the Maryland DLLR tomorrow morning. There will be NO activities related to the painting of the tower in compliance with the “Stop Work Order” issued by the City.

A walkthrough inspection and cleanup of the neighborhood by AAA, Inc and A&I, Inc was performed on 8/17/2023. They were followed by a resident who pointed out chips at different locations.

Additional Information:
Note: Red paint chips reported by a resident last week at Meadow Mill by the La Cuchera Restaurant were actually from a nearby red painted sign post and red painted fire hydrant and not from the TTI tower. Also, pieces of red plastic were found on the driveway and were not paint chips from the tower, as reported by a resident.

Tower work today

Technicians from Tower Elevator Systems will be doing work on the tower today in advance of an inspection by the Maryland DLLR tomorrow morning. There will be NO activities related to the painting of the tower in compliance with the “Stop Work Order” issued by the City. I just wanted to let you all know in case there were any reports regarding these activities on the tower.
