2051 Druid Park Drive has been of interest to our community for a while. Located at the gateway to Woodberry, it’s a building that makes a big first impression. Here’s the plans on what steps the new owners want to take.
The scope of work includes:
- Demo of the interior space and existing rear addition
- Construction of a new rear 3-story addition with ground level patios and 2nd/3rd story decks
- Full interior renovation to create 10 residential units
- New framing, drywall, doors, flooring, windows, fixtures, paint and trim
